About the Job

Responsibilities:

1. Moderate the brand’s communities (including the ambassador community) on the front lines nearly all day every day (Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord and other SMs & blogs) to:
- Ensure the community is a safe and engaging space
- Amplify the ongoing campaigns and engage the community in relevant discussions that motivate them to follow the CTAs in a nonintrusive manner
- Help show the brand in a positive light and promote its key values and offerings (including through creative approaches with minimal risks)
2. Communicate with the team to ensure users get timely answers to their technical and non-technical questions in accordance with the company’s communication & legal guidelines
3. Know what the community thinks and wants and escalate their needs to the team
4. Provide brief wrap-up reports, highlighting brand wins and potential risks in addition to providing sufficient handoff notes for the next moderator shift (total of 2, including yourself)
5. Based on the community feedback, formulate communication improvement ideas together with the mkt team (e.g launching new tutorials, Q&As etc)
6. Participate in weekly content planning and other marketing planning and brainstorming sessions upon request

Background:

- Fluent written and spoken English; Russian, German, French, Spanish or Italian is a plus
- Good understanding of blockchain technology and willingness to learn even more; work experience in Layer-1 projects or complex infrastructural blockchain projects is a big plus
- Ability to work weekends/stretched hours as these may be peak community activity hours
- Experience member of Twitter and Discord communities; Experience building/moderating Discord servers for brands; Experience using any industry standard bots and moderator tools on Discord
- Consistency in responding to messages quickly and comprehensively
- A positive, collaborative attitude
- Strong communication skills
- An ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction
- Very organized, great time management skills, and attention to detail
