About the Job

We are building a distributed project management system where all tasks are reported in real-time and timestamped as evidence onto the blockchain. The platform provides a map of contractual agreements and movements between clients, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.


Role Summary

As the CTO, you will be the backbone of the project. You must be passionate about technology and building new unique products that improve people’s lives. You must be a visionary who is up to date on new technologies and a have an understanding of where the tech world is heading. You obsess about building the right technical foundation from day 1 and have a proven record in managing exceptional teams.


Responsibilities/Duties

Define the strategic direction and vision of the product
Design and implement the right data base structure along with integration with the blockchain
Follow a minimum lovable product and data driven approach
Own the product road map and ensure timelines are always monitored
Maintain up to date knowledge of technology landscape and developments
Setup and manage the right dev team to deliver a world class product
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
Ensure the dev team objectives are always aligned with the overall company objectives
Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture


Requirements

Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
Understanding of budgets and business-planning
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Excellent communication skills
Leadership and organizational abilities
Strategic thinking
Problem-solving aptitude
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
