Responsibilities & Duties

- Manage a set of customers who are utilizing Crowdholding’s solution
- Provide strategic advice by working closely in a consultative role with customers.
- Achieve renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling techniques
- Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of quarterly account reviews
- Share and collaborate with Inbound Specialists, Engineers, and Product team members on new feature development through your direct exposure to small and medium businesses.
