About the Job

In this customer operations role, you will be required to build strong relationships with customers and maintain the company's image.

Key Responsibilities
• Responding promptly to user inquiries.
• Management (escalation, monitoring and resolution) of user complaints.
• Communicating with users through various channels – including LiveChat, Email, Skype and Telegram
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Keeping statistics of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Work closely with Operations, Technical and Community team to manage user expectations.

Key Requirements
• Intermediate Proficiency in both 1) English & Chinese language OR 2) Chinese & Vietnamese 3) English & Vietnamese is mandatory. Ability to speak a third language such as Vietnamese, Russian, Bahasa will be a strong added advantage.
• Basic familiarity with financial trading terms, cryptocurrency trading and blockchain technology is preferred.
• Ideally some prior experience in customer service, preferably in cryptocurrency exchange or financial services. Nevertheless, training will be provided (Candidates with no prior experience but with a customer service aptitude will be considered)
• Familiar with the use of community and social media tools e.g. Telegram
• Good team player and able to adapt to different cultures. Able to work under stress and deliver on a time-sensitive basis.
• Singapore citizen, permanent residents preferred.

Job Type
Contract/Internship – 6 months
