We are currently looking for a full-time candidate to work in Human Resource Department

Location: Beijing (Visa sponsorship provided) /Remote
Salary: Competitive (Base +bonus)

In this Customer Operations Specialist role, you will maintain strong relationships with our company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer support through various channels including Live Chat, Email, Skype and Telegram
• Build relationships with premium clients
• Take ownership of your assigned region and its performance
• Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Understand customer needs and develop operational plans to address them
• Gain solid knowledge of competitors
• Ad-hoc translation tasks on products and other materials
• Help promote and maintain a positive company image

Key Requirements
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English/Chinese is mandatory.
• Basic familiarity with financial trading terms, cryptocurrency trading and blockchain technology is preferred.
• A background (cryptocurrency exchange or financial services) in customer service or sales is a plus
• Intuitive to customers’ needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strategic thinker and ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
• Knowledge of math and numbers
• Attentive to detail and organized
• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
