Mandatory requirement:
-This is night shift Customer support role (Timezone: EST)
-This is an entry level support job.
-Candidate should be willing to join at earliest
-Candidate should be based out of Toronto and there is NO remote option at the moment
-This role is primarily for customer support on online chat (Kayako) and replying to customers/users questions on -social media channels of Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin etc

-We are looking to hire 1 Customer Support Associate for our Toronto office
-We expect minimum 1+ years of experience
-This is a full time role
-Candidate should be willing to work in a startup environment
Responsibilities and Duties
-Experience of 1+ years of IT Support especially in Financial Industry
-Provide support on Telegram, online chat (Kayako) and different social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
-Any other basic customer support like replying to emails and if needed call the customers.
Skills
Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, Kayako or similar online chat, Social media support
Compensation
At par with industry average
