STRATEGY
1. Question-answer β€” wiki-style product positioning. Deliverable: a long detailed document that collects all the key facts on the basis of which all further communication is built.
2. Grouping of meanings by sections β€” information architecture of the site. Result: A diagram that identifies the constituent parts of a site, and how they are combined into pages.
2.5. Write a customer journey β€” for the sake of understanding how people come from different channels to the site, what route they should go to the endpoints, and how it is in their interests and goals and needs.

TACTICS
3. Copywriting β€” depends on the amount of information and meanings identified in the previous stages. Deliverables of this stage are the wireframes in the sketch (not just a plain text), which determine the structure and hierarchy of the content of each page, and with which the art director can work.
