This position is great for someone who is located in Budapest or Moscow and is looking for a true start-up experience, he/she is hungry to learn and grow. We're in search of a junior marketing executive who has the ability to think outside the box and generate real results and brand recognition for the company. You'll get a $1,000 marketing budget every week. If you're able to spend it wisely and generate a 3x return on your spend, we'll double your marketing budget every week. If you aren't, you'll start again with $1,000.

Job Description:
• Maintain website page and update content based on ICO campaign execution.
• Promote our ICO by contacting bloggers and influencers in Crypto market.
• Works with marketing team, freelance contractors and media agencies.
• Manage and maintain growth hacking tools.
• Run daily analytics tracking. Analyze results and provide insights for action.
• Assist with marketing efforts. Assist with PR outreach.
• Provides support to CMO for organizational and daily operative tasks.

Requirements:
• You have deep knowledge and interest in the Crypto / Blockchain / ICO market.
• You have a strong analytical background and Excel is your playground.
• You have an entreprenruial mind and ambition to succeed.
• Your communication is impeccable. You are a strong writer. (in english)
• You get fired up by Growth. You are a “smart creative” free thinker.
• You have a great attitude and are capable of wearing lots of hats and doing whatever is necessary even if it's not your strength. You see challenges as opportunities. And you like to have fun.
