About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance and operations professional to join a leading technology company in the blockchain and smart contracts space.

This position, based locally in the Cayman Islands, will initially focus on running the finance and operations function of a fast growing technology company.



## Job description:

You will be responsible for:

- Developing and stress testing ad hoc economic models on product viability and ecosystem scaling
- Assisting in trade execution and investment research
- Assisting with treasury management and transaction execution for fiat and crypto assets
- Day-to-day operations involving database management
Handling ad hoc queries and projects related to financial reporting and analysis
- Liaising on project work with numerous teams across the globe to resolve issues / queries

## Preferred experience and qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in managing investment portfolios and wealth management
- Attained, or currently working towards, a CFA (or equivalent qualification)
- Strong technical accounting and investment portfolio management knowledge
- Experience in tech and/or crypto preferred

- Willing to grow in a startup environment; open-mindedness and adaptability
- Time management and capability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to operate independently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prepare forecasts, financial models and reports
