About the Job

1) Responsible for recruitment functions, on-boarding, conduct orientation for new hires, process work pass applications etc
2) Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms
3) Drive recruitment innovation to achieve market leadership in talent attraction
4) Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs, anticipate talents needs and fill key roles;
5) Provide support on formulate HR policies, government grants/surveys/claims, budgeting, employee benefits when needed
6) Coordinate with teams for company Events
7) Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Job Requirements
