Join as our Influencer Manager. Help us build Data Lake! 🕵️‍♀️

Among your scope of responsibilities as the Influencer Manager will be:

👉 Identifying and qualifying influencers in the crypto and tech/medtech sphere
👉 Negotiating agreements and renumeration for influencers
👉 Managing influencer relations (pre-contractually and ongoing basis)
👉 Campaign ideation and management
👉 Devising and implementing influencer programme bootstrapping methodologies
👉 Identifying and leveraging trends to maximise influencer impact
👉 Influencer performance analysis, metrics and reporting

Our requirements:
👉 Existing network/contact with crypto and tech influencers GREATLY preferred
👉 Experience managing influencers for brands without physical products or e-com
👉 strong understanding of emerging influencer talent, contracting, and performance assessment
👉 Experience with Scrum/OKR methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) a plus
👉 excellent spoken and written English - other languages a plus
👉 easiness in communication (with the team and with partners/clients) and strong relationship skills
👉 openess to grow and learn
👉 conscientiousness and high work ethics

We offer:

👉 We can offer collaboration in a full time, part time or goal-oriented model
👉 For a full time position - 1500 - 2500 USD net/month (B2B contract) + equivalent of 1000-2000 USD in $LAKE token / month from the Team token pool
👉 For a goal-oriented model - the compensation negotiated on an individual basis on hitting agreed targets
👉 up to 26 days of paid leave on full-time B2B contract,
👉 possibility of another employment form (other than the B2B contract)
👉 working in a rapidly growing web3 / healthcare startup
