We are looking for an exceptional individual to join us as we develop our middle office for the Global Institutional Business. This role will put you at the forefront of the business development function, and requires strong organizational and analytical skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to learn and understand customer desires and behavior in trading & investment in the cryptocurrency industry.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the best set-up for client accounts and establishes or makes updates to client accounts.
• Handle client requests to and regularly report on client issues, recommendations, criticism and trading activity
• Collaborate closely with the product/engineering team to improve our services
• Participate in documenting processes, identifying issues, and recommending updates to user guides
• Interact with internal data team to prepare daily, monthly reports to identify key business development opportunities
• Determine the appropriate method of data collection and research methodology of Huobi big data, analyses and interprets information gained and formulates and implements recommendations and solutions to optimise the Huobi sales and online service
• Proactively stay up to date about market trends, opportunities, risks and new projects, with a passion for the cryptocurrency and digital asset industry

 

Requirements:
• Prior work experience in the cryptocurrency market with a firm understanding of trading products and trade life cycles
• Understands at least one of the following financial products: custody, OTC trading, futures market
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Detail oriented, multi-tasking and able to handle various projects simultaneously under pressure
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player
• Flexible mindset to adapt to fast-changing market and new work tasks
• Singaporean / Permanent Residence are welcome

Languages:
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (oral and written communication)
