Responsibilities
1 Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way
2 Identify customer needs and direct customer to the correct features
3 Collect, analyze and report product issues
4 Follow up with customers to ensure all issues are resolved
5 Gather customer feedback and share internally
6 Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Requirements
1 College degree or above
2 Proficient in English & Chinese
3 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
4 Excellent emotion management skills
5 Ability to multi-task and prioritize
6 Related experience and familiarity with the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is a plus
7 Willing to cover night shifts and work on weekends and holidays
