Coinpass Limited (coinpass.com) is registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a crypto-asset business on the Temporary Registration Scheme looking to move to a full regulatory licence in 2021.

What you will be doing
As the Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll be managing a team of 3 and tasked with leading on planning, creating and delivering User Acquisition, Brand Awareness and Loyalty strategies. This role reports directly to the CEO with strong collaboration between content, product, and business development teams to support ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities
Your goal is to attract and maintain users through aggressive growth KPI’s by marketing our products, apps, services and unique selling points of the brand and platform.
Develop user growth strategy incorporating content marketing, paid media campaigns and affiliate marketing tactics, as well as inputting into product developments and improving design concepts
Lead our marketing team and develop our view of the addressable target audience for our products and platforms with a deep understanding of how we segment and target these audiences.
Evolve our marketing communications through key messaging improvements across marketing, product and overall value proposition.
Collaborate with research, design, data, engineering teams to input marketing insights into product and feature development
Launching new features with impact driving sustained adoption and engagement over time, collaborating across your collective and the wider company to achieve your objectives
Testing and scaling marketing tactics across channels
Determine and measure clear success metrics for launch, growth and ongoing adoption.
Responsible for overseeing all marketing reporting correlated back to business growth
Working with external agency teams adapting communications for different mediums and audiences (emails, blog posts and in-app etc)

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a talented and hungry growth marketeer to join our team with their own grand plans for the role geared towards growth, user acquisition, and user retention. We will be asking candidates to share a view point on how they would growth hack the industry to deliver us exciting and competitive results.

We’re looking for that person with the secret sauce for telling a story to our audience, technical marketing experience using analytic data and performance metrics to help develop our brand, and experience delivering product improvements to engage our loyal community of users. You will work alongside our management team and CEO, product team, development team, and to highlight areas of improvement and optimization to accelerate growth.

Core Requirements
Strong understanding of digital performance marketing strategies supported by clear measurement frameworks & principles.
Proven success in growth marketing with experience improving key metrics across operational campaign design, content marketing, user journey mapping, email marketing, top of funnel growth and funnel optimisation
A Fast learner that can be adaptable in a start-up culture, leaning into product development and continuous process improvement
An individual with a passion for new technology and an interest in the world of cryptocurrency
Experience leading a collaborative, results-oriented and data-driven marketing department
Experience in growth marketing with well-known and proven brands in the following industries: Fintech, Financial Services, Trading, Investing, Banking or Entertainment (Other industries are cool too)
Ability to work cross-department with data insights to improve our products and services to our target audiences
Deep Experience with core digital marketing performance channels (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, SEO, CRO etc)
Experience with both Apple and Google App store performance and promotions
Advanced Reporting and KPI monitoring skillset (Improve and scale our existing reporting)
Stakeholder management – Communicate and Collaborate with team members and management team to deliver performance-oriented user acquisition marketing campaigns.
Experience managing all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting
Examples of efficient delivery of marketing spend allocated to trackable digital marketing programs with measurable and quantifiable outcomes.
Examples of customer feedback and market research insights being leveraged back into growth marketing plans
Ability to map out our user journey and increase user funnel conversion
Influencer marketing experience identifying and engaging influencers
Management experience in coordinating a team of marketing professionals
Graphic & Video design skills are a huge plus
