Switcheo is a software company that develops decentralized applications on blockchains. We are a fast-moving company and we need more like-minded, talented individuals to join us in our efforts to develop state of the art decentralized products.

Some of the products that we've built are:

Switcheo Exchange

A decentralized exchange on Nep-5, Erc-20 and EOS with atomic swaps and cross-chain functionalities
Switcheo TradeHub

A Layer-2 blockchain solution, purposefully built for advanced and sophisticated modes of trading. It is run by a decentralized network of public nodes that each host a copy of Switcheo's order-matching engine, validating every transaction. Switcheo TradeHub is powered by an open-source delegated proof-of-stake (dPOS) order matching engine built on top of Tendermint Core.
Switcheo Tradescan

Switcheo Tradescan is Switcheo's TradeHub's native explorer, allowing users to gain visibility on the inner workings of Switcheo TradeHub through features such as governance, and metrics like average block times, the number of active validators, staking APR and total SWTH supply.
Zilswap

Zilswap is a fully decentralized exchange that facilitates the trading of ZRC-2 tokens. Developed by Switcheo, Zilswap is the first DEX built on Zilliqa, a high-performance, scalable public blockchain. Zilswap features incentivized liquidity pools for users to earn from trading fees and an upcoming governance token allowing the community to govern the protocol.
Demex

Demex is a 2nd-generation derivatives DEX designed for trading sophisticated financial instruments and derivatives across multiple blockchains. The exchange integrates pooled liquidity with traditional order books, allowing anyone to be a market maker by contributing liquidity and earning from trading fees. Demex is powered by the layer-2 decentralized protocol, Switcheo TradeHub, an open-source dPOS order matching engine that can handle bursts of up to 10,000 transactions per second (TPS). Development of Demex is led by the community where stakeholders are able to list new markets, make changes to market parameters and drive the overall growth of the platform.

Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
Develop content of marketing campaigns
Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends in crypto and blockchain
Interested and vested in cryptocurrency/trading is a bonus


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
2 - 3 years of relevant experience is a bonus
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
