About the Job
Smashverse is bridging the gap between sports entertainment and the blockchain. We are driving towards the release of our Play and Earn multiplayer fighting game, including real life wrestlers, boxers and mixed martial artists.
As a Marketing & Growth Lead πΉ at Smashverse you will be an integral part of the Community Growth team. Our goal is to build one of the most active and popular gaming and NFT communities in the metaverse.
Reporting to the CEO and managing a team of marketers and designers, you will focus on helping our company grow through effective Marketing initiatives aiming to reach a diverse audience of NFT and GameFi degens, gamers and combat sports fans. You combine the creative intuition of a marketer with the critical thinking of an analyst.
YOUR GOALS
π Develop a cohesive marketing strategy that will allow Smashverse to identify its core demographics and target advertisements to appeal a mixed Web2 (gamers, combat sport fans) and Web3/P2E/GameFi (Ethereum, Avalanche) audience.
π Improving our company's overall marketing and advertising plans, including objectives, key results, analytics, and measurement to communicate tasks to the team and deliver results.
π Develop and lead on the execution of individual ads or marketing campaigns.
π Collaborate with tech, product, creative and community teams to integrate our brand narrative, product positioning, and messaging with all aspects of the user experience.
π Drive exciting and innovative marketing initiatives to acquire new users.
REQUIREMENTS & NICE TO HAVE
πͺ Project management experience working in asynchronous global teams
πͺ Knowledge about NFTs and actively participated in mints or NFT trading
πͺ You have a passion for sports combat and games
πͺ Excellent communication skills & significant experience working with cross-functional teams to collaborate on initiatives.
πͺ Passionate storyteller with a broad understanding on how to communicate with diverse audiences within different geographical locations globally to articulate our value proposition in a compelling way.
πͺ Data-driven, fast-learning, flexible doer, who requires little day-to-day handholding.
LOCATION
π Remote working, company Leads are in the UK/EU, and part of the team is based in Asia.
