Position summary:
Diatomic Software is seeking a highly organized and creative community manager to join our marketing team! You will be responsible for the telegram chat moderation and communication with our users.
The project is operating mainly in the US, the EU and China and is focused on the emergent space of decentralized finance.

Job responsibilities:
Telegram chat moderation. Respond to customers in a timely manner
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
Organize and manage online community activities to boost brand awareness and customers involvement
Measuring and analyzing what’s working and what isn’t with regard to the implemented activities

Job requirements and key competencies:
Experience in community management
Tactically aware – knowledgeable about what’s going on in fintech/DeFi/blockchain industry
Highly organized
You should be able to independently formulate arguments in response to queries of our social media audience

Basic qualifications:
Fluent English
Strong communication skills (English)
At least 1 years of community management experience
