Product Manager

Job Description:
Lead the product team in product architecture, planning of product functions and project implementation, including PC and mobile terminals, based on user’s needs.
Work closely with the data team to conduct in-depth data analysis, optimize iterative functions and user experience, and improve various operational indicators
Cooperate with marketing teams for enhancement of active user, conversion, retention rate, interaction design, project management etc
Produce PRD by managing business needs and priorities; to integrate internal and external resources for the department and promoting optimization for platform construction and industry application.
Pay close attention to the strategy for growth in the industry and explore new directions for growth and advise better business insights on market competition.

Requirement:
5 years of product or operation experience, solid product architecture and interaction design capabilities, and experience with projects from 0 to 1
Familiar with Internet operation, candidate with experience in operation are preferred
Have a deep understanding of Internet thinking, and have done well in the past
Excellent logical thinking, keen user insight, communication skills, and habitual data-driven working methods
Excellent self-driving ability and leadership
Strong curiosity, good at thinking, and brave in innovation
Excellent project with management ability and promotion ability.
