About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist who will recruit, support, and develop talent throughout our global remote company.

Responsibilities:

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other Recruitment Specialist position.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Strong ethics and reliability.
Fluent English (Other language skills are a plus).
