About the Job
A great opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager within the Tech markets to help establish and grow an exciting Blockchain company set for Unicorn status.
Bringing your experience and background at setting up proper HR function, as well as recruitment drives within the Tech related industries, you will be driving major international growth to this company.
What sets this opportunity apart, is that you will be part of a great leadership team to build out the business operations and internal structure.
Fully remote position. You will be working around Western Europe and East Coast US time zones, but with the flexibility to suit.
The Role
• Driving the HR operations and strategy, to build proper business function
• Establishing systems for attraction and retention of global talent
• Build and lead a HR and recruitment team underneath you
• Working as a key member of the business leadership team to ensure best HR practice
• Drive global recruitment strategies
• Define company process for rapid and large scale growth
The Candidate
The right individual will have worked in HR & Recruitment roles within the Tech industry, understanding the sector whilst also understanding how to effectively recruit in these markets.
It is essential you will have both recruitment and HR policy experience, being able to set proper process to both. The recruitment will be assisted via external agencies and the growth of an internal team.
Any exposure to the Blockchain or Crypto markets is an advantage but not essential, however a good grounding in Technology driven industries is.
