As Technical Support Officer, You are accountable for:
• Solving customer support queries that can't be handled through first level support due to complexity
• Solving support queries from the internal support/admin team
• Analyzing support streams to identify possible improvements to existing software and forward them to the development team in intelligible ways.

To join our awesome team as a Technical Support Officer, we expect you are familiar with MERN stack and have very good knowledge of MongoDB. You will definitely succeed if you have prior experience in customer/technical support role. And last, but not least, Fintech experience and passion for Crypto is big advantage.
