How do I get paid?

Connect your Stripe account from the Payouts page. Once your balance hits $50, you can request a withdrawal and it's transferred automatically to your bank.

When do I get paid?

Conversions go through a 24-hour quality check before they're approved and points are credited. Once you have $50+ in your balance and a connected Stripe account, you can withdraw anytime.

What counts as a qualified referral?

A referral qualifies when: the user registers via your link, verifies their email, and completes the qualifying action (applying to a job for talent, or posting a paid job for employers) — all within 30 days of clicking your link.

Is there a referral cap?

Yes — up to 100 qualified referrals per month to prevent abuse. This limit resets on the 1st of each month.

Can I refer myself or people I know?

Self-referrals and referrals from the same IP are automatically rejected. The program is for genuine third-party promotion.

How long does my referral link track users?

30 days. If someone clicks your link today and registers within 30 days, they're attributed to you.
