We have an extremely high-end, in-house options trading platform that is built using years of experience within traditional financial markets.

Magpie is looking to back entrepreneurial, intelligent, talented traders, with a track record in electronic futures market making, looking to apply this to cryptocurrencies. Magpie would give you the technology, capital, infrastructure and freedom to build out a desk wich market makes across a plethora of products, and also gets in-house flow from the options desk.

As an experienced algorithmic futures market maker, you will leverage your experience to build out a desk at Magpie with the ability to apply the technology to whichever markets present the best opportunity.
Qualities that make great candidates:
• 2+ years of algorithmic delta one trading experience, with ready to use logic for crypto futures market making
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science or a related/equivalent field
• Strong mathematical and quantitative analysis skills
• Entrepreneurial and looking to build something they can have ownership of
• Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
• Passionate about problem-solving and finding creative solutions in an ever changing cryptocurrency market
