Your Mission:
As a Backend Developer at Bitrefill, you will help build our crypto payment solutions, integrate with suppliers, and enhance the backend of our services. You will join our product team, collaborating with Backend and Frontend Developers and designers, to ensure our services are highly available, responsive, and scalable. Effective communication in English with your team is essential.

Third-party API integrations

1. Senior Backend Developer:

Europe/Americas timezone preferred
> 6 years of experience
Experienced in pretty much all of our stack
Team/Tech lead experience
Make technical decisions
Mentor junior people
Joining a team that focuses on new features and payment solutions

2. Mid-level Backend Developer:

Europe/Americas timezone preferred
> 3 years of experience
Experienced in a good part of our stack
Joining a team that focuses on customer outreach and growth
Reveals ownership of code blocks
Deploys & monitors issues while in production
Focused on problem-solving, and capable of pushing or highlighting blockers

3. Junior Backend Developer:

Americas timezone preferred
> 3 years of experience
Experienced in a good part of our stack
Communication skills for both technical and non-technical discussions
Building tools for our support team to improve their workflow
Liaison between the product team and the support team
