You will play a key role building towards that mission.

This is a full time, direct hire position for an software engineer looking to take their skills and experience, and apply it to new blockchain products and technologies



Job Description
Research, develop, and test various technologies based on blockchain

Lead the design and architecture of the core protocols

Build the protocol components that integrate across different blockchain systems

Design and lead development process to ensure quality including code reviews, testing and verification

Assist the team with writing and maintaining up-to-date documentation

Be involved in the current blockchain community, stay close with relevant updates in the industry and foster a growing internal knowledge base.

Mentor and grow other engineers

Set technical and cultural standards for engineers

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build creative solutions to complex problems

Qualifications
6+ years of software engineer experience

Strong CS fundamentals with experience across a range of disciplines

Have led the designs of impactful and complex architectures

Interest and ability to pick up new technologies quickly

Experience with C, C++, systems programming, mobile, embedded

Experience developing, testing and deploying smart contracts , protocols, and Dapps in production

Familiarity with Rust, Solidity, TypeScript or Golang programming languages

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build creative solutions to complex problems

Experience working with open source projects

Appreciation for bitcoin and decentralized finance
