About the Job

Tikki Insurance is early stage startup aiming to disrupt mandatory motor insurance market as well as numerous other traditional insurance products, targeting EU market.

Team behind the project consists of experienced insurance professionals who are passion-able about improving “status quo” products.

About the role
We are looking for result driven product manager with deep understanding of blockchain technology and overall DeFi space.
You will work closely with CEO, to deliver technical and functional architecture of the new insurance product based on blockchain technology. This is an opportunity to contribute in cutting edge technology development and execute blockchain and software development that will change EU insurance market and introduce blockchain technology to wider public through enhanced mandatory insurance product.

You:
Define product
Set up token utility and tokenomics
Manage product roadmap and stakeholders involved, draft key objectives and results
Seek and find future team members
Work with UX/UI team members to deliver end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
Understand development processes and keep up to date with ongoing activities
Follow our competitors and the industry

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of software experience
2+ years Python or Javascript experience
1+ years blockchain software experience
You focus on the outcome. You work with the team to set goals, then to achieve the goals.
Proficient in writing & spoken English

Nice-to-haves
You’re obsessed with blockchain. You follow crypto Twitter, play with dapps, read about Token Engineering
Preferred work hours: 9-5ish European time zones

Compensation

6000-12000 USD/month, depending on experience + Equity
