About the Job
We are a newly established venture company, that is part of a group company that operates one of Japan's largest services in the avatar industry.
Our company is developing services as a "Metaverse Company from Japan" based on the know-how accumulated through our avatar services.
About the Role:
You will be joining our International Expansion Team for a newly released blockchain project.
As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing promotional measures for the new service, and operating SNS platforms with the perspective of "what kind of experience we want to provide to our customers".
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies based on understanding of the local market and culture
- Influencer marketing and social media coordination
- Promote partnership joint activities
- Community management via Discord and Twitter
- Localization of services within the application and translation/quality check of items, etc.
- CS operations (respond to inquires)

Requirements:
- Experience in planning and executing marketing strategies for overseas markets or launching new businesses for overseas markets.
- Business level English or above, with experience in translating Japanese to English.
Example:
- Native level English speaker (preferable)
- Localization experience with Japanese services for English-speaking countries
- Experience living abroad
- Experience working for a company with English as their official internal language
- Business level Japanese

Location:

(working at tokyo office will be a mandatory conditions)
