SnapEx is a global service-oriented digital currency contract trading platform created and managed by a professional R&D and dedicated management team. The platform provides a user-friendly yet robust trading system, secure and rigorous fund management, and intimate services.

SnapEx is headquartered in Hong Kong and has offices in many parts of the world, including the Seychelles, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, and many more.

The company is looking to expand its services to Indonesia and we are looking to hire a business development executive cum community manager to help grow the business locally.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client/stakeholder relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Search and engage with local stakeholders to expand the brand’s foothold in the country. Actively look out for any opportunities to grow the business including but not limited to events, media and community groups.

2. Manage communications with local communities. This includes managing clients’ expectations through official channels, record and tabulate feedback, and solving issues arising from technicality or operations of platform.

3. Work closely with regional marketing and operations department and provide input for product improvement to ensure the best user experience is provided to clients.

4. Work closely and collaborate with local team to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.

5. Production of marketing collateral to be used for engaging with stakeholders and clients. This includes but not limited to social media content, presentation decks and physical banners.

6. Attend daily meetings through internet calls to provide verbal activity update to management.

7. Produce daily, weekly and monthly activity report to be submitted to the management for performance review.

8. Stay up to date with industry-related news and tech from both international and local channels to be shared with team members.

9. Basic translation work on marketing collateral from central communications to meet the local community needs.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Proven work experience in the fields of marketing/business development.

2. Knowledge in digital assets (cryptocurrency) and margin trading is required.

3. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in computer skills and MS Office software.

4. Able to communicate, read and write well in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

5. Basic design and layout skills would be a plus point.

6. Experienced in social media management and marketing.

7. Highly self motivated and able to work independently without being micro-managed.

8. Attention to detail, critical thinking and a great problem solver.

9. Constantly thinking of ideas to disrupt industry.
