About the Job

We are UNCX Network, a B2B-focused decentralized apps provider, originally from EVM chains and currently also actively expanding onto the Solana Ecosystem.

UNCX provides its customers with DeFi non-custodial services, such as liquidity lockers, token vesting solutions, initial liquidity offerings, token minters, and more.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for online sales.

• Identify and target potential customers through various channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Collaborate with the business development team to develop effective strategies.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition activities.

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role. (Especially with web3 projects)
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices in Web3 business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Notion.
