You will lead the growth strategy of Giza.

We are seeking a Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives and build strategic partnerships that provide tangible value. This role demands a dynamic, motivated individual who is ready to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with Giza’s vision. Define, articulate and refine the unique value proposition of the company.
• Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with key players in the ecosystem to enhance adoption.
• Revenue Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to outline revenue models
• Market Expansion: Explore and establish Giza’s presence in new markets, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities to tailor our approach accordingly.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to align on product positioning and growth direction and think together with DevRels to take a 360-degree approach to growth and user acquisition.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Giza as a champion.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a business development role, preferably in the AI or blockchain sectors.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to plan and execute on complex business strategies.
• Technical background and capacity to understand the technical stack of Giza, understanding of machine learning is a big plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with partners, clients, and team members.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, able to pivot strategies and approaches as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and teams with a proactive, driven approach to achieving results.
