We are looking for a person for the position of Head of Studio.

Your workday will look like the following:

You will be in contact with 2D and 3D freelancers as well as business, marketing and development departments. Your role will be to supervise the work of freelancers and gradually build up the in-house team. You will be estimating the cost and time to produce 3D models for internal (marketing) and partner projects (business). Models will need to be tailored to the realities of our constantly evolving infrastructure (development).

We are looking for individuals who:

- Can communicate clearly in English
- Have no problem with holding a business meeting with a partner project (in cooperation with the business department)
- Know how to plan their own and others' activities in time
- Are able to find a balance between quality, time and budget
- Know the basics of modern 3D processing, texturing and animation methods or want to learn them
- Are organized, self-reliant, assertive and able to set boundaries in the face of unrealistic demands
- (Optional) have an iOS mobile device (iPhone or iPad)

Salary:

- From 1880 to 2820 USD possibility to negotiate salary depending on achievements and experience
- 24 days of paid vacation per year (after a 30-day trial period)
- Additional forms of remuneration, such as a token package, after a jointly worked quarter
- Full-time position, with adjustable work schedule after the testing period
