To expand our existing business, we are looking for a strong partner in business development that will provide us with new networking opportunities and is able to acquire new clients as well as establish lasting relationships with said clients. If you want to join us on our mission to make markets more liquid and transparent, we'd be happy to welcome you to our dedicated team. This position is REMOTE and COMMISSION BASED.

Job Description

💪 Responsibilities

Networking (ICOs, companies that rely on a stable exchange connectivity or want to implement some trading strategies customized for them)
Acquisition of new clients
Maintain and manage client relations
Establish partnerships (e.g. with exchanges or other projects that are interested in cooperating)

🔥 Required skills

Strong communication skills and reliability

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Talent for sales & negotiation

Solid understanding of the exchange business and enterprise-grade trading software (not technically)

Preferably a large existing international network of potential clients/ pool of potential partners in the crypto space

Experience in professionally working with C-Level executives and b2b lead generation (not mandatory)

Fluent in Mandarin and/or Russian (written and spoken)

(Primitive) understanding of software development and financial market dynamics

An already existing client base

✨Compensation/Salary

15% (+) commission per client per month. (on-going payment/salary for each client) Equity compensation possible if you bring an existing client-base into the job.
