About the Job
- Lead Seed through Series A fundraising to drive category expansion
- Architect regulatory strategy across key markets while preserving privacy-first principles
- Establish banking partnerships and secure UnionPay tier upgrades
- Design compliance frameworks that satisfy regulators without compromising no-KYC UX
- Scale operations from thousands to millions of active cards
- Build and lead executive teams across Product, Risk, and Operations
- Define roadmap evolution from virtual cards to full crypto-native banking infrastructure
- Partner with technical founder to accelerate growth and institutional trust
