www.orbs.com is looking for a social media and community building expert to join the team in shaping the next evolution of Web 3.0 and DeFi.

What is Orbs?


Orbs is an open, decentralized and public blockchain infrastructure executed by a secure network of permissionless validators using Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus.

Orbs develops layer 3 infrastructure working in conjunction with existing L1 and L2 solutions, such as Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche etc., as part of a tiered blockchain stack.

Orbs acts as a “Decentralized Backend”, enhancing the capabilities of EVM smart contracts and opening up a whole new spectrum of possibilities for Web 3.0, DeFi, NFTs and GameFi.

What we are looking for:

Define and lead a strategic plan and tactical roadmap to Increase social channels growth and engagement as as well as grow Orbs delegator and developer community
Deliver according to defined KPIs and metrics to measure community health and overall success
Create and execute a schedule of social media activities and posts to engage the community regularly across core channels
Drive and create virality around the community and motivate other community members to higher engagement
Understand and convey the Orbs messaging
Work closely with BizDev team to help form relationships and collaborations with other projects
Stay on top of your game - continuously research and learn the crypto landscape


What you need to succeed:

Passion about crypto, DeFi, and NFTs!
Extensive knowledge and experience in managing crypto community channels like twitter, discord, telegram, etc.
Deep understanding of crypto culture, memes and latest trends
Be innovative - apply unconventional and creative thinking
Fluent oral and written communication abilities in English
Remote work self-discipline and work ethics

Bonus:
Previous work experience in similar roles with known crypto projects
Chad level awesomeness on social media, specifically CT
Networking and reputation in the crypto space
