About the Job

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will shape and execute our digital marketing strategies to promote our brand, drive customer acquisition, and enhance our online presence in the cryptocurrency industry.

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors' activities.
• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, such as SEM, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, influencers, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and optimize the HubSpot sales & marketing funnel, including creating landing pages, email campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Analyze and interpret marketing campaign data, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as influencers, industry publications, and media outlets, to maximize brand exposure and collaboration opportunities.
• Promptly address customer feedback and engage with digital community.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, social media, email/content marketing, ad campaigns.
• Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
• Creative mindset, analytical, self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic web page management (WordPress) and graphic design/video software (Adobe Creative Suite).
