The ideal candidate is flexible, highly motivated, and approachable, with excellent communication skills honed by their experience leading creative projects. They are also emotionally resilient and perfectly capable of speaking the truth at all times – even to those they report to.

Your focus will be:
Own the Discord server
Structuring, managing, and growing our community via Discord
Ideate and execute high-impact community-related initiatives on Discord
Designing and implementing incentive programs to promote engagement and growth with existing and potential networks
Hire, onboard, train, and manage Discord Moderators
Keep the community morale and engagement levels high.
Host training sessions with Moderators and other community managers
Work with other internal Phat Loot teams to facilitate community communications
Stay on the bleeding edge of the latest community platform trends, best practices, and technologies
Collaborate with Social Media Team to deliver consistent messaging
Communicate with fans, influencers, and other partners/collaborators, to increase Phat Loots' network

Proven track record in creating, growing, managing and engaging communities via Discord, or similar channels.
At least 2 years of professional experience in community management
Experienced in managing community bots
Experience with NFTs
Excellent knowledge of email best practices
Deep experience with Discord
Experience with digital and in-person event planning is a plus
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player
Fluent English
Excellent time-management skills
Amazing interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
