Massive Ownership | Token Allocation | Full Time | Remote/Hybrid Work Possible

Role

We are looking to find an experienced solidity engineer to lead our smart contracts team. You’ll be creating advanced smart contracts, building the protocol and creating new technical DeFi primitives. Your code must be auditable, gas-efficient, well-formatted and commented with accompanying documentation. A strong interest and passion for the potential of DeFi is essential, as well as a high degree of focus on security and comprehensive testing.

The Opportunity

This role puts the candidate at ground zero of a protocol building out the future of DAO credit. They will own and influence the development of the protocol over the coming years.

Responsibilities

- Produce high quality, performant, and well-tested Solidity code
- Design and ideation of products
- Architect smart contract infrastructure
- Achieve comprehensive unit and integration test coverage
- Write specs and review PRs

Requirements

- First class collaborative ethos and personal attitude
- A long term outlook
- 2+ years experience in Solidity development
- 4+ years in general software engineering
- Familiar with Test Driven Development process in Solidity
- Passionate about the DeFi space
- Fluent in English
