About the Role
We are looking for a Partnership and Sales Head – Web Hosting to lead our growth in the US web hosting market.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the hosting industry, knows how hosting companies think, and can build meaningful relationships with merchants, partners, and ecosystem players. Your primary goal will be to sign high-quality web hosting companies as Blockonomics merchants. You will also identify partnership opportunities with relevant groups such as payment aggregators, agencies, platforms, and other companies that serve online businesses.
This role is a mix of sales, business development, partnerships, and market strategy. You will report directly to the COO and will have the opportunity to shape how Blockonomics grows in one of its most important segments.

What You’ll Do
- Drive web hosting merchant growth
- Identify, contact, and sign high-quality web hosting companies that can benefit from accepting Bitcoin and crypto payments through Blockonomics.

You will focus on companies such as:
Web hosting providers
VPS and cloud hosting companies
Domain registrars
VPN companies
WHMCS-based businesses
Agencies and developers serving hosting companies

- Own the outreach and sales process
You will run the full sales motion from prospecting to closing. This may include cold outreach, warm introductions, demos, follow-ups, negotiation, onboarding support, and ongoing relationship-building.

- Build partnerships beyond direct merchant sales
In addition to signing hosting companies directly, you will look for partnership opportunities with companies and groups that can help Blockonomics reach more merchants. This may include payment aggregators, hosting communities, software providers, agencies, affiliate partners, and industry organizations.

- Help increase payment volume
While signing strong merchants is the first priority, you will also work to drive long-term payment volume by helping merchants successfully launch, promote, and use Blockonomics.

- Represent Blockonomics in the market
You will help us understand what hosting companies need, what objections they have, and how Blockonomics can better serve the industry. Occasional travel to relevant conferences or events may be part of the role, but frequent travel is not expected.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is comfortable building from the ground up. You should be able to create your own pipeline, spot strong opportunities, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in the web hosting industry or selling to hosting companies
Familiarity with WHMCS and hosting business workflows
Experience with partnerships, business development, sales, or account growth
Understanding of payment gateways, merchant onboarding, or ecommerce payments
Technical background of hosting, VPN and networking
Experience doing outbound sales and relationship-based selling
Crypto experience is preferable but not necessary
Comfortable to work independently in a international remote team

Compensation: $2000–4000 per month+commission
