We are Bitsgap, an Estonian-based privately held company, which unites a team of industry experts with a vast experience in trading, asset management, and blockchain technology, from all around the world. Our mission is to build a highly efficient multifunctional one-stop platform for crypto trading.

Our automated bots have already secured a leading position in the market, are trusted by 25+ crypto exchanges and hundreds of thousands of active users around the world. And we continue gaining momentum!

Now, Bitsgap is looking for new talents to join our growing team and bring in their knowledge and expertise. We want people who embrace change and welcome new ideas and the ability to build on them.

We are looking for a growth manager, who above all, would be responsible for driving the growth of the whole company. He/she has a strategical approach to proactively find new sources and revenue streams, build long term relationships, increase and analyse traffic and make fast and reliable decisions.
Besides, he/she will be responsible for growing the affiliate programme, setting up advertising, choosing right platforms for advertising and constantly trying new creative paths.

He/she will be responsible for a fast growing team consisting of affiliate managers, business developers & content writers and will liaise on strategic level with all the other departments. This person will be directly reporting to CEO.


Requirements:

-If not experience, at least a very healthy interest in crypto and crypto trading
-At least 3+ years of experience in the same or similar role
-Proven track record in effective user retention and acquisition
-Eagerness for optimisation and process improvement
-Ability to source and analyse marketing streams
-Commercial mindset and strategic thinking


Skills

Marketing- user retention and acquisition - team management - negotiations - CPM, CPL, CPA, CPC- growth mindset

Compensation

3000-6000 Eur/month, depending on the experience
