About the Job
PURPOSE
We are looking for a passionate, curious, detail-oriented Project Manager to work within our Technology team,
with the delivery of projects and initiatives across the organization.
Essential Functions and Tasks
• Collect management requirements, transform them into a project pipeline, and deliver various
initiatives from inception to completion
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
technical feasibility
• Maintain and refine prioritized list of projects and change requests in partnership with Business
Analyst(s)
• Produce and maintain dashboards, plans and documentation to support project efforts, communicate
status and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Schedule and facilitate various meetings, identify action items and address blockers to keep projects
on track.
• Improve processes, project management tools, and streamline workflows.
• Track, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities
• Self starter that understands blockchain and crypto with a passion to build on it.
Required Skills and Competencies
• 5+ years of combined IT and business experience, 3+ years PM or related experience
• Excellent client-facing, and internal written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience in planning and schedule management
• Experience working in the blockchain ecosystem
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine blockchain technology needs and functionalities.
• Communication and presentation skills to work effectively with different individuals of varying skill sets,
areas of expertise, communication styles and organizational hierarchies
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicting interests of stakeholders to identify viable solution
• Working knowledge of modern requirement & task management systems such as Confluence & Jira
• Excellent organizational skills and an analytical view on maximizing productivity, with a focus on
business value and outcomes
• Keen to ask questions and understand business and product objectives.
• Intrinsically curious and motivated to know how things work and self-educate when necessary.
• Experienced in Agile and knowledge of DevOps
Assets:
• Proficiency in French language
• Background in FinTech or Trading a plus
• A strong understanding of the API connectivity is desirable
