We want to expand our Dream Team and we're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager, this is where you come in!

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management, developers, and other project stakeholders. Take responsibility for leading Lympo projects and supporting various areas of work from planning to task execution;
- Ensure that team objectives and expected results are clear and linked to the broader Lympo vision, strategy, and roadmap;
- Create task boards, roadmaps, plans and documentation to support project efforts, communicate project status and manage stakeholder expectations;
- Run stand-ups, lead a regular planning and execution meetings to ensure the team is up-to-date;
- Coach and empower teams to take accountability for the work they’re doing. - Manage risk by providing assistance when removing work-related obstacles and keeping the projects on track;
- Suggest reasonable solutions and plans to solve project-related problems;
- Improve process inputs, streamline workflows and utilize project management tools;
- Manage the work done by 3rd party entities (act as a client).

Skills and Abilities:
-Smart individuals with good academic background and project management experience ideally coming from the Blockchain sector or having a good understanding of Blockchain and willing to learn more;
- A self-starter, a strategic thinker, innovative, self-driven, and open to new ideas;
- A ‘get it done’ attitude and ownership for tasks from their inception to completion;
- Ability to exercise critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills;
- High-level communication skills and good level of English including experience of communicating effectively across cultures and with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing. Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment and enjoying the challenges that come with it;
- Interest in sports is a plus;
- Ability to build efficient, self-organized and motivated teams;
- Knowledge of the blockchain and NFT market would be nice-to-have as well. It can be taught, but basic understanding tremendously accelerates the process;
- Any PM certificate is an advantage.

Working experience:
- 3+ years experience as PM in Software/Custom development;
- Hands-on experience in managing vendors/partners’ delivery of results;
- A proven track record of successfully delivered SW projects;
- Experience working in a high-growth start-up, tech company, consulting, or financial services;
- Experience in working with different project delivery methodologies (mainly in Agile manner);
- Working knowledge of project and workstream management tools;
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings, and presenting to large groups;
- Experience working with multinational remote teams;
- Ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement an appropriate course of action.
