About the Job
Cosmic Champs is a play-to-earn collectibles game on the Algorand blockchain. Players will travel around the cosmic universe to battle friends — or enemies — in real-time and earn tokens and NFTs. Our major goals are to bring fun to P2E gaming and to have frictionless onboarding.
We are a small team that has recently come out of stealth mode so there’s a lot of work to be done to build brand awareness and grow our community. This presents a great opportunity for a marketing whiz to build from the ground up. We’re looking for a creative product manager who is happy working autonomously, has strong content marketing experience, and understands crypto/gaming/P2E. We’re less interested in your qualifications. What really matters to us is that you have good insights into the industry, creative ideas for online community growth, a track record executing successful marketing strategies, and the ability to develop good working relationships. This is a remote role with flexible hours that can be performed from any time zone.
Main responsibilities of the role:
• Identify target audiences and develop a story and marketing strategies to reach them (with measurable goals). This includes planning and managing competitions, airdrops, giveaways, and AMA events.
• Lead execution of marketing strategies and report progress and results to the team before, during, and after execution.
• Create content and manage our Medium blog.
• Manage the external PR companies we work with.
• Collaborate with the community manager who will push content out on socials.
• Liaise with the team and graphic/web designers to create supporting promotional images and update the website.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with NFT/gaming communities.
