Hi! We're looking for an energetic marketing manager with experience in crypto.

Dark Pool One S.A. is a software house that builds blockchain / DeFi projects. Currently, we are developing a decentralized exchange that pays users for placing orders.
In equity crowdfunding we raised 3,5 mln PLN. If DeFi world fascinates you and you want to work on the project with very strong fundamentals and backed by the people with extensive investment portfolio, apply asap.

Duties:
– create and lead global marketing strategy for our DEX
– build strong brand image
– prepare global launch
– build a highly effective marketing team and the network of outsourced contributors including social media, community management, content creation, running paid ads etc.
– plan and execute paid campaigns across digital channels (SM, SEM, DV360)
– create and execute content strategy
– cooperate with KOLs and influencers to drive engagement
– create and execute SEO strategy
– cooperate with other teams, including IT & UX/UI

Requirements:
– at least 3 years experience as a marketing manager, including leading global projects
– experience in trading (exp. in yield farming / staking will be a plus)
– native or bilingual English proficiency
– proactive and independent
– knowledge of various digital marketing tools like SEMRush, Hotjar, Hubspot, Canva, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
– attention to detail
– familiar with new trends in fintech & martech
