Job Title: Marketing Strategist
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11211
Comp range: 50-65K

Why this role exists: We’re hiring into our marketing team in Brooklyn, NY. As an early member, you’ll have a significant impact on the direction of our vision and the ongoing impact that AirSwap and Fluidity have had in this nascent space.

Required Experience:
2-3 years of experience in a marketing/advertising strategy role, preferably for a hybrid B2B/B2C fintech brand
Thinks holistically about content and storytelling, from developing multiple angles for a single topic to executing across multiple formats
Previous experience with MailChimp, Medium, and social media community management is a strong plus
Proven capabilities in developing, optimizing, and rapidly iterating performance marketing and media strategies

Objective Outcomes:
Assist with developing global omni-channel (e.g., Search, Facebook, Reddit) marketing strategies that effectively navigate platform and region-specific regulation around blockchain marketing
Write and publish high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, press releases, newsletters) that align with a cohesive, effective content strategy for maximum brand reach
Collaborate with internal product team and supporting agencies to develop creative and effective media plans, as well as key content pieces
Plan and manage high-impact community efforts such as meetups, hackathons, and conferences for maximizing visibility and engagement of brand
This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing

Hard Skills:
Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to navigate through challenges and be adaptable to a rapidly-changing blockchain ecosystem
Excellent Content Writing Ability
Community Management Familiarity
Social Media Engagement including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other platforms
Some Digital Marketing Experience
