- As a remote-first company, we enable you to work from anywhere in the world, but you can also work in one of our offices in Poland (Cracow, Warsaw).
- We offer semi-flexible working hours – we would like you to be available between 11 am and 3 pm CEST – you can arrange the rest yourself.
- You will play a pivotal role in shaping our social media presence and influencing key decisions, working closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing and Web3 teams.

You'll have the opportunity to shape our brand's online presence and craft content strategies that drive meaningful engagement. We're in search of a visionary with a flair for Web 3.0 strategies, someone who can transform our digital dreams into a vibrant reality.

As a Web 3.0 Content Strategist, you'll have the power to:

- Build a strategy to create and distribute content across channels.

- Experiment on how to increase views and clicks from both organically published and paid (promoted) content.

- Write catchy and intriguing headlines to our content to increase engagement (Twitter, TG, Discord).

- Write and send e-mails to our newsletter subscribers.

- Proofread content before its publishing.

- Write content for social media (with our research team, who provides the details).

- Create a content plan including its distribution via various channels.

- Ensure consistency across all content, from websites to social media channels and videos.

- Maintain a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates.

- Oversee the development and launch of new content channels.

- Work with editors, writers, actors, producers, project managers and other team members to produce content.


What we will expect from you:

- Strong interest and experience in Web3, DeFi & Blockchain.

- Understand Twitter’s algorithm.

- 3-5 years of professional experience as a content creator, content strategist or in a similar function in Web 3.0, DeFi & Blockchain space.

- 1-2 years using MailChimp or another e-mail marketing software.

- Excellent knowledge of content strategies to build a powerful network.

- Ability to outline strategy and subsequent actionable detailed plans.

- Excellent storyteller and passionate about creative writing.

- Ability to break down complex technical concepts into simple appealing content.

- Strong project management skills and being able to drive multi-projects within a planned timeline.

- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to take an entrepreneurial approach to resolve challenges.

Nice to have:

- Understand Google algorithm.

- Growing personal Twitter account about Web3.
