About the Job

finance.vote (FVT) is a decentralised autonomous organisation (DAO) that builds dApps for DAOs. FVT has built a suite of 5 working dApps, that we and our partners use to self govern, launch tokens, mint NFTs, run prediction markets and much more.

We are looking for a full-time Product Designer to become part of the next evolution of the finance.vote dApp suite.

This is opportunity is open to both Senior Product Designers and Product Designers.

***Key Deliverable***

We have a working dApp suite that our partners use. We are now ready to evolve these dApps and in some instances redesign them from the ground up.

We also plan to release two new dApps and this Product Designer will need to take the lead in the Product Design & UX and deliver beautiful, working products.

***What you’ll do:***

● Understand our users and touchpoints intimately, creating and validating design hypotheses.

● Develop wireframes

● Develop data architectures

● Deliver final UI design, concepts, flows, prototypes and components

● Be a design facilitator and evangelist.

● Deliver feedback to, and accept feedback from, peers, product managers & leadership

***Your experience and skills:***

● Proven experience in UI/UX/Product Design for Responsive Webapps / dApps.

● You are a strong collaborator.

● You can produce to the highest standard, any sort of product design collateral including final UI, user journeys, flows, templates, layouts, prototypes, components and have worked to create and/or maintain design systems.

● A design portfolio demonstrating fintech/crypto/big data experience.

● Knowledge of visual fundamentals; typography, white space, composition and colour.

***Your tools and outputs:***

● High fidelity UI design, UI prototypes, lo-fi concepts, patterns, UI components and design system processes.
