Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with partners and customers to formulate a product roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
Take an active role in seeking and supporting user and developer feedback as a regular part of product development activities.
Translate Dexible's product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
Define and execute a go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
Continuously review the business needs, identify opportunities, risks, and inefficiencies holding the teams back.
Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of performance post-launch.
Track and report on progress of features and product performance with key internal and external stakeholders.
Help lead team rituals such as stand-ups, sprint planning, post-mortems, & retrospectives.
Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
Maintain a high level of transparency, thorough communication & documentation using tools such as Telegram, Slite, Confluence, Jira, & GitHub.
Gain an intimate understanding of our customers. Refine our existing personas.

Requirements:
A proven Technical Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Data focused role
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, reliable deliverables
Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
You have conducted user testing with studies, prototypes, gathering insights, and modifying designs based on feedback
You have solved problems in a data-driven manner and have worked with SQL, spreadsheet models and/or Analytics software
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to discuss and explain technical concepts, solutions, and architectures
You have demonstrated the ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
You have a proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
You are extremely organized, responsive, & accountable
