About the Job
We are looking for a Product Manager to do research, develop and improve Launchpad (Crowdfunding) platform development and enhancements. You will design and build systems related from the scratch to customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, token-sale infrastructure and so on.. The work will be hands-on and you will be laser focused on accelerating change and executing of our product pipeline.โจThis is a unique opportunity to work for a global partnered player in a revolutionary industry, and you will be an instrumental part of our growth. Familiarity and a genuine interest in crypto and blockchain technologies is a must. Be ready also for frequently traveling and conferences.
What you will do
- Develop, execute and oversee an cryptocurrency Launchpad and its product roadmap
- Take an active role in seeking and supporting user and developer feedback as a regular part of product development activities
- Define and execute a go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful
- Continuously review the business needs, identify opportunities, risks, and inefficiencies holding the teams back.
- Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of performance post-launch
- Maintain a high level of transparency, thorough communication & documentation using tools such as Telegram, Slite, Confluence, Jira, & GitHub.
- Research and report about other competitors
Requirements
- Experience in crowdfunding or launchpad products and platforms
- A proven Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in technology space, preferably crypto & dlt
- Work with UX/UI team members to deliver end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
- Develop appropriately detailed speci๏ฌcations for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
- You have conducted user testing with studies, protoโssstypes, gathering insights, and modifying designs based on feedback
- You have a proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
- You are extremely organized, responsive, & accountable
