About the Job
This position is for Senior Product Owner for Lovelace World. We are looking for someone to join this journey and help us with the formation of our new ventures. This position requires a combination of project management, client relationship management, and execution capabilities. The successful applicant should have strong knowledge of DeFi, NFTs and community engagement.
What youโll get to do:
- Research and develop product strategy, requirements, and roadmap
- Manage the product roadmap and backlog to define requirements for new features
- Take an active role in seeking and supporting user and developer feedback as a regular part of product development activities
- Understand user needs - gather feedback directly from users to define product needs
- Develop scope and de๏ฌne backlog items that guide priorities for the development team
- Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
- Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
- Develop appropriately detailed speci๏ฌcations for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
- Represent the team in front of stakeholders, clients or users
- Follow our competitors and the industry
- Perform quality assurance, risk assessment, and allocation of resources including all documentation
- Build and influence relationships between various internal and external stakeholders across financial compliance
- Responsible of day to day PMO operations
What youโll bring with you:
- A deep understanding of blockchain, and experience with Solana and Rust preferred. Even if you have never been working in crypto, we expect that you have used DeFi protocols on your own
- 10+ years of software product management, ideally you have shipped a client-facing product, ie. SaaS with a complex underlying logic
- Ability to understand the data about how our customers engage with our product. Experience using product-centric analytics
- An understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to their product
