About the Job
Skrice is a game design and development studio with a mission to bring mass-adoption of blockchain technology through player-owned digital worlds. Currently we are focused on exclusively developing the game "Heroes of Mavia".
Heroes of Mavia is a AAA MMO strategy game allowing players to buy land, build a base and battle other players for the in-game token RUBY. There exists three NFT types in the game — Land, Heroes and Statues, each of which can be bought and sold on the Mavia marketplace. RUBY is the main play-to-earn currency in the game, and can be earned by winning battles against other bases.
Responsibilities:
• Build test plans for new features and improvise on existing test plans for feature updates and customer feedback
• Execute tests for weekly alpha/beta release candidates on web and mobile platforms
• Test features through inception, design feedback, implementation, and launch
• Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers
• Identify areas for automation and write automated tests to ensure repeatability, coverage, reliability and catching regressions
• Communicate with the Swing alpha/beta development community to discover, reproduce, track and resolve issues
Required Experience:
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of software QA methodologies
• Experience automating end to end UI tests for mobile and web apps
• Experience with Git and Github
• Experience with JavaScript, Node.js (frontend, backend, and testing tools)
